The registered  business name "J & K Products" will appear on all credit card statements for purchases made through our Fantasy Lingerie Store.

Refund Policy

• Request a refund by email within 7 days to receive a return authorization number.

• Once you receive the authorization number, mail the item(s) back to our store with all original tags attached in its original packaging unworn and unused.

• You are responsible for return postage and for insuring your package to guard against loss or damage.  Please be sure to pack your returns in the same way they were shipped to you to prevent damaging.

• You will be credited a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.

• Please remember to wear a liner when trying on a panty bottom.

• We reserve the right to refuse any items returned to our store.
