• All orders are shipped with no outside labels.
• Credit card statement will indicate J & K Products as the source of purchase.

Back-ordered / Out-of-stock items

While we try our best to always make sure our website is up-to-date with current warehouse inventory levels, sometimes an item does sell faster than we can update our online store, resulting in an out-of-stock when a customer tries to order that particular item.

If an item(s) you ordered is temporarily sold out, we will immediately notify you via email of the backorder. When you receive our email, you may then choose to:

• wait for the backordered item(s), or
  
• ask for a refund for the item(s), or
  
• ask for a store credit for the amount of the item(s), or
  
• exchange the item(s) for something else of the same value.

We will not process your order until we have received your decision with regards to the backordered item(s).

• Due to the nature of our products, no refunds will be issued. 

  Can I cancel my order?

• Your order is processed and shipped same day in most instances so you get it quickly. There is therefore no way to cancel an order once it has been made. Please order carefully.
